Graduated in Medical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2008), Francisco Leite dos Santos continued his training with a Medical Residency in Otorhinolaryngology at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine. This combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice prepared him to face the challenges of the specialty with competence and dedication. He is currently a professor and monitor of the Medicine course at UNIFACEF-Franca/SP.

One of the highlights of Francisco Leite dos Santos’ career is his doctoral project, entitled “Effect of potassium channel agonists and ROCK inhibitor in an experimental model of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps”. Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Fabiana Cardoso Pereira Valera, this study aims to explore new therapeutic approaches for a common and challenging condition in Otorhinolaryngology.
